MAKES & MODELS reserves the right to stop the auction at any point, to sell to the highest bidder. We also have the right to end the auction if the car is sold locally from our showroom.

BUYERS FROM UTAH: You will be charged 6.50% State Sales Tax (Sale Price x .0650) and a $299 Documentary Fee. You will also be charged applicable state license and registration fees.

BUYERS FROM ANY STATE OUTSIDE OF UTAH: You will only be charged a Documentary Fee of $299. You are responsible for paying sales tax in your own state of residence (if applicable).

TO ALL BUYERS: A deposit of $500.00 is due within twenty-four (24) hours after the auction ends. The remaining balance of the vehicle is to be paid within three (3) business days after the auction ends. Acceptable payment methods are: Cash (in person), Cashier's Check, Certified Loan Check, or Bank Wire Transfer. Vehicle must be picked up within two (2) weeks after auction ends. After two (2) weeks, a storage fee of $15 per day will be charged.

If we already have the title to the vehicle it will be given to you in person when you pick up the vehicle, or sent to you via FedEx if you choose to ship the vehicle. If we do not yet have the title (very few cases, but does happen sometimes because of paperwork delays), once we do receive the title (no longer than 10 days after the sale in most cases) it will be sent to you via FedEx

Winning bidder MUST contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to sell it to the next highest bidder, re-list the vehicle, or sell it elsewhere. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay. If financing, make sure your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Sometimes the vehicle may have slightly more miles on it after the auction is over than what it had when the eBay listing started. This will not be a drastic mileage increase (usually only a couple hundred miles at the most), but it does happen on occasion because of test drives and demonstrations during the auction.
