Payment terms:

The successful high bidder agrees to make paymnet arrangements prior to auction end. All financial arrangements must be complete prior to delivery of the vehicle. Buyer is required to handle all taxes in your own state for this vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Cash (in person), Certefied check, bank transfers or 3rd party financing. We do offer financing, please contact me for more information or to fill out a credit application on our secured web site to begin the pre-approval process today.

Fees and Taxes:

All Buyers are reponsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/regestration fees in the state the vehicle will be regesterd.

Deposit:

The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remainder balance due  (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed prior to delivery of the vehicle.

Payment:

Taxes and Regestration fees:

Out of state bidders are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, processing ($285.00) as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be regestered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for your vehicle to be titled and regestered.

Buyers Inspection:

Every effort was made to be accurately and fairly describe this vehicle. Our Dealership has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have some wear and tear inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Our Dealership welcomes and recomends buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responible for any inspection fees.

Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after vehicle leaves our Dealership. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the shipping company picks up the vehicle.

Warranty:

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as-is". Seller makes no representations or warranties, nor do bidders in making bids rely upon any representations or warranties. Manufactor's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available, please contact me for details and options.

Bidder Notice:

All vehicles are subject to prior sale. On occasion, it is not possible to remove a vehicle from this auction fast enough when it has been sold in our showroom. Because of this, entering a "Buy it now" purchase offer, you must call to verify availability. I have tried to represent the vehicle accuratly but will not be held accountable for misprints. 1. Bid Retractions: Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be reconized within 12 hours to auction end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

2. Negative Feedback Bidders:  We  do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero or low feedback rating please contact me before placing bid.

3. Succesful Bidder:  The winning bidder will be contacted via email or phone after auction close or he/she must contact me within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

4. Non Paying Bidder:  If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not payed within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or qualifies buyer. Negative feedback will be given to winning bidder for Non-payment or no responce!!!!
