Vehicles are pre-owned and sold in "As Is" condition. However, some vehicles may still covered under factory warranty or Nationwide extended warranties (3/6/9 months, 1/2/3/4/5 years) may be purchased. Ask for the specials on them.

You must have the funds or necessary financing arranged prior to placing your bid. Winning bidders that do not complete the sale will be billed for our auction costs and expenses. *Your bid or offer is binding under applicable statute. Buyer agrees and acknowledges that all causes of action must be brought in Brockton District Court and if Buyer fails to bring said cause of action in said court, he/she will reimburse Dealer all legal fees incurred in having to dismiss the improperly filed suit. Buyer hereby consents to personal jurisdiction before said courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs, defects or damages preexisting or otherwise regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle, except as is proscribed under provision of Mass. General Law Ch.90 sec.7N and 7N1/4.

We also accept Cashier's check, paypal (as long as you are paying the fees and providing us with prove that payment cleared your credit card or bank account), VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER (Credit cards in person only with proper id) will be accepted. We also DO NOT accept business or Personal checks.
