Trades:

Yes, we accept trades happily, but please contact us to get figures that we will honor in your transaction. Please contact us if you are planning on trading a vehicle in our transaction BEFORE you bid on our listing!

Deposits & Complete Payment:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle or risk a no-sale default.

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Deposits can be left via PayPal or Major Credit Card. We ONLY accept Certified or Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfers as forms of payment. Please call if you have any questions.

CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL CAN ONLY BE USED FOR DEPOSITS!!

Remaining balance must be paid by Certified Funds

Additional Fees:

A fee of $300 is added to every sale to cover cost of:

-necessary forms

-overnight document shipping

-document preparation

-title transfer

-lien filings

-temporary license plates

-notary fees

-vehicle detailing

-fluid check and top-off

-tire check

-delivery prep

This is not a "hidden"fee. It is not required by law, and is assessed and collected on every sale, no exceptions. 

OUT OF STATE SALES:

For out-of-state sales, we ship titles via overnight carrier within 60 days of purchase. The vehicle will ship with a 30 day temporary tag. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. PLEASE CALL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

OUT OF COUNTRY SALES:

Out of Country buyers please contact us at least 7 days in advance of ship date to allow for payment to clear and to prepare all documents for customs. If you have any questions about our transaction process, please feel free to call. 

SHIPPING AND LOCAL VENUE:

Bidder and Buyer hereby agree that the proper venue for any and all legal proceedings arising from this transaction shall be Nashville, TN.

Vehicle is delivered from Nashville, TN, and Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. Any and all damages occurring as a result of or during transportation will be settled between the common carrier and the buyer. Nashville Automotive Group LLC will be held harmless by both of the aforementioned parties.

Vehicle is conveyed from our premises to the owner/buyer (sometimes via a common carrier) AS-IS, with no warranty or insurance other than that which the owner/buyer provides at the time of sale.
