Here is a very nice find. There are a few Passat's available on the market but probably none as nice as this 4MOTION (all wheel drive) corrosion free Southern California beauty. Finished in a very desirable color combination of Satin Silver Metallic over Ebony leather it looks great and is fully appointed. The car is super straight with absolutely no major dings, dents or scratching anywhere on the car. CarFax shows no accidents and the car has no signs of any previous damage or repair. Glass is very nice, crystal clear all the way around. All trim is intact, headlamp lenses show a little wear but are not cracked or pitted at all. Tires are a matching set of Michelins all the way around and are in great shape, 55% or more of tread depth remaining. The interior is very, very nice. The car belonged to a non-smoker so it smells fresh inside, no tobacco or musty odors. There is a small chip in the woodgrain on the driver's side front door panel but other than that there is no damage or excessive wear on the rest of the interior. The leather is in great shape, even the driver's side seat bolster is clean and intact with no wear through, the rear seating area looks almost unused. The car is nicely equipped with about every option I could find available for that year including dual power seats (heated) with driver's side memory, pull up rear sunshade, Monsoon premium audio with AM/FM/CASS/CD changer (6 disc), power moonroof, ice cold A/C and much more. The car runs and drives very nicely as it should with lower mileage. No noises from the 4MOTION system, engine is quiet and powerful and the car runs straight and smoothly down the road. The car is all original, no modifications or aftermarket additions and what also makes this a difficult find is that it has ALL books, ALL keys, ALL floor mats and ALL factory tools along with the original full sized spare on a matching alloy wheel. The car is not new but it is nicer than any I have seen of this era, do not miss this car, a new AWD European luxury sedan will set you back WELL over $50k so this one priced three thousand LESS than Kelley Blue Book will be a really good buy.
