Cash (in person), Certified Check, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, or 3rd Party Financing is accepted. If you are planning to pay in full with a 3rd Party Finance Site Draft or Check, please keep in mind that it may delay final delivery of the vehicle to you. Please let us know prior to delivery so that we can verify the validity of the draft or check. All funds must be in U.S. Dollars only. Please make sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid or purchasing.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements at that time for payment in full. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end. The remainder, payment in full, is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours of auction end we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. Payment in full is subject to verification and/or having cleared our Bank before title and/or vehicle is released for pickup or shipping.

Please be aware that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 10 years or with more than 100,000 miles. Please make sure that if you are financing this vehicle, that your financial institution accepts the age and mileage of this vehicle before bidding or purchasing. Payment by Bank to Bank Wire Transfers is required if the title to this vehicle is to be released at the time of delivery. If payment is other than Bank to Bank Wire Transfer (i.e. Certified Check, Bank Check, or approved Loan Check), the title will not be released until funds have been verified and cleared by our Bank.  

Buyer is responsible for the fees and taxes required by their state or country of residence. We are also required to collect sales tax from you if you live in Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and of coarse Illinois. If you do not live in one of these states listed or live outside of the U.S.A., we do not collect or charge sales tax. If you do live in or register the vehicle you purchase from us in any of those listed states, we will have to charge you the correct sales tax amount with the vehicle that you purchase from us.

There is a $156.08 Documentary Fee added to every vehicle purchase.

License Tag and Title Fees are not included with the purchase. There could also be an additional "Drive Away" permit fee if you do not have a valid tag/plate available to transfer on the vehicle purchased.
