Terms Of Sale : Deposit in the amount of 10% by  bank wire transfer or bank certified funds. No Personal Checks! Balance payment must be made within 5 days from close of auction in the form of cashier's check, bank wire transfer, or a check from a financial institution.

ALL Florida buyers must pay their applicable tax for their county to Automotive Group Enterprises as we process all title and registration paperwork for ALL Florida deals.

Title Information : In the State of Florida, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
