MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this lovely one executive owner 2007 Lexus LS460 you see pictured. This LS460 is an extremely clean example that is currently showing just over 73,733 original miles from new. This particular LS460 is loaded with options including the GPS navigation with XM NavTraffic. The car was religiously serviced at Plaza Lexus here in St. Louis.

Finished in Starfire Pearl on the exterior with Light Gray leather interior, this LS is in great condition and shows no signs of damage. The paint is in excellent condition with only a few minor scratches and rock chips in the front and a couple small nicks and scratches on the rear bumper which is typical of a car that has been regularly driven.

Inside, the light leather interior is in great condition with no notable rips or tears with slight usage wear. The carpets and seats are in good condition. Both front seats are power and work as they should. Both front seats are also heated for those cold mornings! The dashboard houses a plethora of options and all are properly functioning, including the Infrared body temperature climate control and the GPS navigation.

Under the hood, the 4.6 liter, 380 horsepower V8 DOHC 32V engine runs great and is incredibly smooth. Attached to the V8 is an 8 speed automatic transmission. These LS's have amazing power and handling on the road and reach 0-60 in only 5.7 seconds.

Therefore, despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition, we are not able to warranty a manufacturer’s workmanship or previous owner’s diligence in care. It is for this reason that all vehicles are sold "AS IS". We have described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.

Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage. We take care of all the details and paperwork. All you have to do is collect the car at port and enjoy!
