We just purchased this 560 SL from the estate of the previous elderly owner who owned this BEAUTY for many years and as you can tell it was his pride and joy for sure! This was a STUNNING example of the Beauty  and Style of German automobiles in the 80's and still is some 25 years later !! In my opinion you're not going to find much nicer ORIGINAL floors and ORIGINAL Mercedes Benz black interior, UNBELIEVABLE !! I drove this car for the last week as my every day driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can assure you it runs and drives VERY WELL !!  It comes with its FACTORY ORIGINAL 560SL owners manuals and its  FACTORY ORIGINAL owners maintenance booklet both shown in a picture below. It has lots of get up and go and handles very well and is one of the funnest cars that I have driven lately !! It also still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - front support mounted Mercedes Benz data plate and its - FACTORY ORIGINAL - door pillar mounted Mercedes Benz data plate, both of which are also shown in two pictures below. If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come look this car over for yourself, you won't be disappointed !! This BEAUTY has what appears to be the STRONG - ORIGINAL - Mercedes - Benz 5.6 liter V8 motor in it and running VERY well. The motor still retains the ORIGINAL intake manifold, ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds, ORIGINAL valve covers and the ORIGINAL air cleaner housing. Sounds good too with the factory style exhaust system. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH - four speed automatic transmission which also functions very well. The ALL FACTORY ORIGINAL Black interior is in VERY NICE condition with VERY NICE  ORIGINAL Black vinyl front bucket seats with factory headrests and a  matching Black vinyl center armrest, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Black carpeting,  VERY NICE ORIGINAL Mercedes-Benz steering wheel, VERY NICE ORIGINAL  matching Black vinyl door panels with factory side armrests, VERY NICE  ORIGINAL Black dash with correct faux wood inlays, NICE ORIGINAL Black dash pad with several cracks, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Black vinyl rear seat, NICE ORIGINAL Black Vinyl sunvisors, NICE ORIGINAL Black and Faux Wood accented center console and VERY NICE ORIGINAL gauge clusters including a tachometer and KMH / MPH speedometer.  In my opinion you're not going to find a much nicer ORIGINAL interior in a 25 year old car than the one that is in this car for sure, UNBELEIVABLE !! This car has a clean - solid original trunk that still has the ORIGINAL Charcoal trunk carpeting / trim, ORIGINAL tire jack, lug wrench and a good full size Pirelli  steel belted radial spare tire. Look at the VERY NICE Factory Mercedes-Benz chrome wheels with four nearly new Michelin steel belted radial tires, boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this car and really retains  that CLEAN FACTORY ORIGINAL look !! This 560 SL also sports a VERY NICE ORIGINAL exterior color matched removable hardtop and a VERY NICE - APPEARS ORIGINAL Black Cloth convertible soft top that goes up in seconds for those suprise rain showers. All of the ORIGINAL black  weatherstripping is still soft, supple and in GREAT shape for being ORIGINAL. This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. It is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic impression. I looked underneath and also included photos below. This is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Idaho high mountain desert - western car and boy does it show !!
