Local residents will pay local Phoenix AZ tax of 9.3%, all sales are charged a $99 doc fee which for out of town buyers will include airport pickup for customers arriving to pick up their vehicle, title handling via UPS and a 90 day temporary permit. Local customers, doc fee will handle temporary permit and title transfers/emissions testing and pre delivery inspection.
