HERE ARE SOME ANSWERS TO SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Why are your prices so much lower than the prices I have seen at other dealers? Is there something wrong with the vehicle?
A: We are true vehicle wholesalers. We offer our vehicles at wholesale prices to the public. We have no salespeople to pay and only advertise online. Typical "retail" dealers have too many expenses to offer comparable prices. All vehicles are as described.
Q: Are your prices negotiable?
A: No. Our listed prices are our bottom line prices. We do not respond to counter offers.
Q: Do you take trade ins?
A: Yes. We are happy to take your trade.
Q: Can you help arrange shipping?
A: Yes. We are happy to arrange shipping for you anywhere in the world at your cost. We do not charge for this service. You pay the shipping company direct. No middleman! It's just another way we set ourselves apart from the competition.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes: All vehicles are sold with a powertrain warranty. Extended warranties are available for purchase at an additional cost.
Q: Do you offer temporary plates?
A: Yes. Temporary plates are available free of charge. Valid insurance must be provided.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes. Despite our wholesale mentality we are still a full service dealership. We have rates as low as 3.9% and can help even those with bad/no credit.
The majority of the vehicles that we sell are purchased by us at wholesale auto auctions which are open to licensed car dealers only. When vehicles are sold at auction, they are often sold with disclosures. A disclosure can represent a fantastic value opportunity, and as long as it is disclosed to the customer, we are proud to offer these vehicles for sale. One of the most common disclosures at auction is "unibody damage" or "unibody repair". Nearly all vehicles manufactured have a unibody construction. The unibody is comprised of dozens of pieces of steel which all weld together. The outer body panels then bolt to these pieces of unibody. For example, the front fender on a vehicle bolts to the inner fender, or apron as it is often called. This apron, which is really just a thin layer of metal itself, is considered part of the vehicle's unibody. Protected only by the fender itself, this apron is easily damaged in even a low speed collision. Other common examples of unibody damage or repair include damage to trunk floors, and repair or replacement of the rocker panels (the thin panels which run below the doors). These panels are most often damaged when impacted by curbs and parking barriers. In this case, this vehicle was sold to us with a disclosure of "unibody". We have inspected the vehicle and have found no signs of any repaired damage, also a common occurrence as auction inspections are often conducted by those with limited training. In fact, this vehicle was in for State inspection the day after the collision was reported. Obviously, if there was significant damage to the vehicle, the owner would not have been able to have it ispected the very following day. Furthermore, there is no record of any airbag deployment, insurance claim, or any record of the vehicle even having been towed. The CARFAX vehicle history reporting service does not recognize the term "unibody", and simply classifies all vehicles with the "unibody" disclosure as "structural damage". While this is misleading, there is no way for us to get them to change the language they use in their reporting. Again, disclosures such as the one made in this case enable dealers to buy vehicles for thousands below their true market value, and in this case, we are passing the tremendous value off to our customer.
