ABSOLUTELY FRESH ENGINE-OUT MAJOR SERVICE!!!  NO STICKIES!!!

I can't stress how critical the service is on these cars. Read the other ads. You'll find that the cam belt service isn't mentioned, or that it was done "recently". How recently is the question. Ferrari says that the cam timing belts should be changed every 5 years or 30K miles, whichever comes 1st. If they can't or won't tell you how long ago or how many miles since the major - it needs it! If the belt goes - so does the engine. The service runs around $5-6K, depending on the shop - more at the dealer. This car has just been treated to the service - see photos - it was completed Monday the 8th of July, 2013. All belts, fluids, new water pump (it must be done with the engine out, why wait), A/C service, full electronic check, etc. I can tell you that 95% of the cars I buy are either due for it or overdue. If you want to drive a Ferrari with confidence - make certain you see a receipt for a belt service within no more than 3 years. If not - you're really rolling the dice and if you come up snake eyes you're not gonna like it! As to the "sticky bits" - all Ferrari's of this vintage had the black interior trim pieces coated with a rubberized finish that degrades over time leaving an incredible gooey residue on the switches, steering column surround, vents, and the like. We have stripped and refinished all the offending parts to where the problem won't resurface. There's nothing like reaching for the window switch and finding a black substance on your hands that takes paint thinner to get off. We've taken care of that issue for you!

This is a very clean, low mileage 348ts. Finished in spotless Bianco Ferrari White over a very straight body with virtually perfect supple Black leather, this 348 has had all the normal trouble areas addressed. The paint appears to be all original and other than a couple of virtually unnoticeable dings too small to show in photos it is pristine. The "sticky bits" are all refinished, the A/C blows ice cold, the front spoiler - very vulnerable to road damage - is perfect, all the electronics are all functional, no check engine or slow down lights, and the upholstery is gorgeous.  The factory wheels are pristine and the tires are almost new Pirelli P Zero's. It runs and drives beautifully - great power, smooth shifting, tight and rattle free. It comes complete with the owner's manual and good recent service records. A great example of a "non-red" Ferrari.
