• If you are the high bidder at the end of this auction, you must contact us within 24 hours to set up payment arrangements. Deposit of $1000 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. You can pay it via paypal using the email address gary@glsrecovery.com or over the telephone using a credit card. We accept paypal or credit cards for deposits only, not full payment. Call Candi at 801-358-9635 upon item selling with your information for a contract of sale. This contract will be emailed to you. If you are the high bidder at auction end, you own this vehicle. By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please make sure that you agree with and are able to follow through with all of our terms and conditions. If you bid on this vehicle, that means you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale. The full amount is due within 7 business days of auction end. If financial transactions are not completed in the time period stated above, you will risk losing your deposit. If you choose the Buy It Now Option, the auction will be ended early and the sale will be completed through Ebay.
• BUY IT NOW transactions: If you click the buy it now a $1000 deposit is due immediately via paypal. OFFERS through eBay: Prior to any offers being accepted contact from you is required through eBay or by phone to Gary at 801-358-3716. If you don't have a paypal account, please call Gary at 801-358-3716 to make a credit card deposit. Items will be available for pickup or shipping after full payment has been received and cleared. Full payment must be received within 5 business days via bank wire transfer or cash in person.
• We do our best to accurately describe each vehicle; however, we may have inadvertently made an error or left some information out when describing this vehicle. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. If there is something not mentioned in this ad or something you would like to know, please ask. Relying on pictures alone is not a good idea when purchasing a vehicle. All items are sold as - is with no warranty. If you are not satisfied with your equipment upon delivery, please notify us immediately. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Returns accepted within 5 days of purchase for merchandise credit. You will be responsible for return shipping.
• If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding. You should secure finances and be able to follow through with payment before you bid.
• We welcome potential buyers to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. If you choose to inspect a vehicle yourself or have it done by a licensed professional you will do so at your own expense. Inspections must be conducted before auction ends.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this auction.
• As with any used vehicle, a few light surface scratches and a tiny ding or two should be expected. We do not guarantee any audio or video equipment that may be in this vehicle. That includes stereos, CD players, speakers, TVs, VCRs, or DVD players.
• We do not guarantee that the exterior of your vehicle will be clean upon delivery if it is shipped on an open truck.
• We do not guarantee that the vehicle comes with an owner's manual, keyless remote, or cigarette lighter unless shown in pictures.

INSPECTIONS:

We welcome any potential bidder to inspect our vehicles up for auction. You must call for an inspection appointment prior to bidding on this auction. The inspection must be done by bidder himself or by a licensed professional. Bidder responsible for paying for inspection fee if he chooses to have one done by a professional. By bidding on this vehicle you agree that you are satisfied with the vehicle. Do not assume anything about this vehicle.

PAYMENT:

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1,000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remaining balance is due within 7 business days of auction end.

We can accept deposit by Cash, Bank Wire Transfer or Paypal. Remaining balance can be paid by Cash or Bank Wire Transfer. Buyer is responsible for actual shipping cost if vehicle is shipped and any fees that may apply-Please read Fees and Taxes Section.

Please Note: Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. If you win the auction and are not able to get finances to pay for the vehicle, you will be reported to Ebay as a Non-Paying bidder and are responsible for reimbursing our auction listing fees.

PICKUP AND SHIPMENT:

Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup or shipment of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a shipping company, we will gladly cooperate. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Pick up or shipment must be done during our business hours. We recommend using an insured shipper. We are not responsible for any damage done to vehicle during pickup and shipment of vehicle.

FEEDBACK:

Feedback will be issued on all transactions after they are completed.

Vehicle mileage may vary upon delivery because of customer test drives performed during auction listing.

You are bidding on a used automobile. You understand that this is not a new car. Maintenance and minor repairs will be the responsibility of the new owner. All of our vehicles up for auction are sold as is with no warranty written or implied. We reserve the right to cancel any bids due to excessive negative feedback. Fee and Tax Information:

Utah resident buyers pay sales tax of .0685%. Non residents of Utah are exempt from Utah sales tax. You may be responsible for sales tax, title transfer and registration fee and license plate tag fees in your state.

We have 45 day permits available for purchase by non resident buyers. The cost is $75 for most vehicles. Permits on larger vehicles are available with an increased fee. That fee is based on the vehicle and it's GVW.
