Condition

We work very hard to provide
accurate descriptions of our vehicles in text and through photos. When
purchasing any pre-owned vehicle, it is not new and will have normal wear and
tear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the description, look at
the photos and call if you have specific questions.

Deposit

A $500.00 Deposit is required
within 3 Days of winning any auction. Please call to arrange payment.

Shipping

Transport and shipping is the
Buyer’s Responsibility. We are also able to arrange and pick up purchasers at
Rochester International Airport (ROC).

Auction Policies

We sell to customer’s with verifiable address and information in the
Continental United States and Canada. All incurred taxes, registration, and
insurance are soley the purchaser’s responsibility, once we have funds and
verified all identification, we will overnight and have all appropriate
documentation signed by the customer and notarized when necessary. We are able
to issue a 30-Day In-transit Tag from the date of purchase to most states. It
is the Buyer’s responsibility to register and pay their local taxes. When
necessary we will help registrants in any states which do not recognize the New
York “In Transit” with the appropriate method and paperwork to obtain
registration.

Canadian Customer’s must arrange all import and export paperwork as per
Canada’s requirements to whichever point of entry they intend to transport the
vehicle to. There are services that are available to Canadian Customer’s should
they need assistance in this process.

Customer’s with zero or negative
feedback on eBay please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise we reserve the
right to cancel your bid. Understand this policy is to protect the integrity of
the auction and the process. Winning bidders must contact the Dealership within
5 calender days, or else we reserve the right to re-list or sell to another
bidder.

All of our vehicles are on site and
available for Retail Sale, and unless a Reserve Is Met, we reserve the right to
sell and close the auction should a customer physically come to the dealership
and purchase the vehicle.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to
thoroughly inspect the vehicle to verify it is to their satisfaction. We are
available to answer specific questions. The buyer has the right to have any
vehicle physically inspected by a third party prior to pick up, however it is
at the Buyer’s expense and must be done within 3 days of winning the auction.
