Up for sale is this tough 1996 Toyota Tacoma Xtracab Pickup Truck with a 5-Speed Manual Transmission. These Tacoma pickups are thoroughly known for their reliability and practically indestructible nature! The popular BBC TV show, Top Gear, ran a special a few years ago called "Killing a Toyota" where they took an old, beat up second hand Tacoma and drove it into things, dropped a camper on top of it, threw the truck into the British channel, set it on fire, and set it on top of an old building that was being demolished via implosions and although physically mangled, was still able to be started and driven after each destructive attempt!! You can find the 3-part series on YouTube! Anyways, my point is, despite having 200k miles, this Tacoma still drives perfectly! It's a workhorse and maintains very good fuel efficiency!! It's a great truck for any light duty applications and is excellent value for the money! The body needss a little TLC but it is mechanically sound! Feel free to call us with any questions!
