The successful bidder is to contact our office within 24 hours of auction end. If the end of the auction falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day will be fine. At that time, we require a non-refundable $1,000.00 deposit within the same 24 hour timeframe. If these terms are not met, it will result in relisting the auction or selling the car to the next highest bidder.

Within seven days of auction end the balance of the amount due must be received. Payments accepted are Cashier's Check, an official bank check or PayPal. If PayPal is used, a 2% fee will be added to the sale price.

Please understand that with our pictures, our description and communication via email and telephone we do our best to fully explain the vehicle listed. We welcome pre-purchase inspections and if you need help, we are more than happy to have the car taken to a local repair facility for you.

The vehicle is listed locally for sale, so please don't wait until the end of the auction to bid. We reserve the right to end the auction early should the vehicle sell. We reserve the right to cancel any bid at any time.
