SHIPPING INFORMATION: 
We are happy to handle all of the details of shipping your vehicle to its new home.  Call (518) 621-7194 and ask for Sara or send an email to sara@indemandauto.com.  Please be ready to provide us with your zip code and the car or truck you need to ship, we will get back to you with a firm quote on shipping.  

Common shipping terms include:

Open Carrier - You've seen these trucks, 10 cars on a truck, running down the highway.  This is the most economical way to transport, but because of the risk of additional rock and element damage, many higher dollar and specialty cars must be shipped by an enclosed carrier.  

Enclosed Carrier - You vehicle will be transported in a closed container, this eliminates the damage that can come from exposure to the road and the elements, this is typically several hundred dollars more in cost.  

Insurance - All vehicles are covered by insurance while in transport, you will need to provide insurance once you take delivery of the vehicle.

TERMS OF SALE:
A $1000.00 deposit must be made within 48 hours after the end of the auction.  This deposit can be made in the form of a Credit Card, PayPal, an overnighted certified bank check, overnighted money order, a bank wire transfer, or cash in person.  Personal and business checks are not an accepted form of payment.  Full payment must be made within five (5) days after the end of the auction.  This payment can be made in the form of an overnighted certified bank check, overnighted money order, a bank wire transfer, or cash in person.  Personal and business checks are not an accepted form of payment.

We have temporary tags that can be obtained at our location for $25.00.  Prior to vehicle pickup, proof of insurance must be faxed directly to us with the VIN for the vehicle being purchased.  TEMPORARY TAGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS IN MASSACHUSETTS.  CALL FOR DETAILS

Albany International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from our facility and The Rensselaer Amtrak train station is 10 minutes from our facility and pickup is free.  All of our vehicles are sold with a warranty and extended warranties are available with purchase.  

Please make sure that you understand that all of the vehicles we sell are all used vehicles. Because of this fact, potential buyers should not expect a used vehicle to be in the same condition as a brand new vehicle may be.  We provide many unedited pictures in our listings so that you can see the vehicles clearly.  Any used vehicle may require some reconditioning to get them up to a particular customers personal standards.  

Unless otherwise stated, please do not expect a brand new vehicle.  All of our vehicles are also for sale locally and we reserve the right to cancel auctions at any time.
