Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 214-217-3630 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

A deposit of $1000 by credit card (non-refundable) must be paid within 4 hours of the close of the auction. Once the deposit has been recorded, the "Buyer" must fax a copy of their valid, state issued driver's license along with the signed copy of the buyers order and associated vehicle paperwork.  The remaining balance must be paid with 3 business days. If the funds are not received and alternate arrangements have not been made, the vehicle will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. AutoSource Dallas recommends all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published advertisement.

The vehicles represented here are USED and not new. Please expect a reasonable amount of wear, use, and flaws as is typical on ANY used car. All used cars, including this one, may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. It should be understood that a ten year old vehicle will show more wear than a comparable two year old vehicle.  While we try our absolute best to service any known defects before the cars are sold, it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs within the first few days or weeks of ownership. It certainly isn't likely but it is possible.  It is strongly recommended that all buyers take advantage of our affordable extended warranty options to help defray the cost of any unexpected mechanical repairs, if any, in the future. Since these vehicles are used,  please be aware that they may no longer have remote key fobs, TV remote controls, headphones, CD changer cartridges, extra keys, valet keys, etc... All of these items are readily available from your local factory authorized dealer or possible even here on eBay. AutoSource Dallas will not be responsible for these minor accessories.

Due to demonstrations, test drive, and mechanical inspections, the actual mileage of the vehicle might be slightly higher than what was stated when the vehicle was initially listed on eBay.

We are NOT the shipping company.  All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport said vehicle.

All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with the shipping arrangements but we will not be help responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Licensed transporters are generally insured for at least $500,000 per claim. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our facility.  All shipping arrangements provided by AutoSource Dallas are strictly a courtesy for our clients.  All claims or other communication regarding the shipment of vehicles shall be between the "Buyer" and the "Carrier".

The amount of time it takes for the delivery of your vehicle depends on the type of transportation selected and the particular "Carrier" selected.  There are many variables that can affect the actual length of time but to ship a car from Dallas to the East or West coast could be between 7 to 14 days.  We realize that everyone wants their vehicle as soon as possible and always strive to the most expedient option. Please verify with your "Carrier" for an estimated arrival date.

In the event that the vehicle arrives and it is not to the satisfaction of the client or AutoSource Dallas cannot make the vehicle satisfactory for any reason, there is a return policy.  Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the request for the return must take place within 48 hours from receipt of the vehicle AND the vehicle must have fewer than 100 additional miles upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

AutoSource Dallas accepts cashiers’ checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from your financial institution, and eBay Finance.

All buyers pay a $275.00 administrative fee plus a $125.00 documentary fee and Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) which is approximately .00211% or approximately $20 per $10,000. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable Texas state fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery and/or if stated in the advertisement.
