This 1968 MGB GT is a fully restored example of one of Britain’s finest roadsters. It delivers all of the classic roadster experience at a reasonable price, and it’s a fine investment car well worth keeping for the future. MGB GT's in this condition are are getting harder and harder to find in decent shape, and this one doesn't need any work, it is ready to drive home now.

The original 1798 cc four-cylinder engine starts and runs well with the dual SU side draft carburetors. The four-speed manual transmission feels tight and shifts smoothly, and the clutch grabs well. As always, this MGB GT will always need minor tinkering to keep it running happily, but as these cars go, it’s in excellent mechanical condition.

The body is straight and excellent, there is no rust or rot in this restoration.  There are some minor surface bubbles, please see the pictures, but that is all.  The restoration was done professionally over 10 years ago and it has been pampered since.

The seats and door panels are in very good to excellent condition.  The trunk or hatchback is also in perfect conditon as is the glass.  The dashboard and interior are in very good to excellent condition as well.  All of gauges and major systems are all functioning properly.

With very few of these cars left on the road, this GT gets a lot of attention, and always stands out in the crowd of MGBs and TR6s. They’re getting harder to find and only increasing in value. Don’t miss this chance to get into a rare British Classic that you could use as a daily driver right now.
