Notes about the Car

I purchased the car in 1997 to drive and enjoy.

The car is a 2010 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Best in Class Show winner.

In 2002 the car underwent a frame on restoration and has since won several awards.

It is powered by a 68 horsepower 1,489cc overhead valve engine and a 4-speed manual transmission.

Notes about the restoration:

The doors, boot, and bonnet were all aluminum (original to the car) and had to be handled a little differently for the restoration. 

The paint was color matched with urethane paint to get as close to the original Old English White as possible.

The dash was taken out and color matched.

All carpets were replaced, but the seats and other parts of the interior were not as they are in great condition.

The original instrumentation and guages are in the car.  They all work properly.

The steering wheel is not original.  It was replaced by the previous owner with a wooden and aluminum combination MOTO-LITA wheel.

The underside of the car is very nice with no rust, and I believe that the previous owner replaced the floor pans.

The trunk/boot is very nice and thought to be original with no rust as well.

The car sits on Coker Radials with wide whitewalls to give it the appearance of the original bias-ply tires of the era. 

The car comes with all 5 window side curtains as well as the tonneau cover for the car (all thought to be original).

I am selling the car now because my wife and I are looking for another classic car for traveling.
