That being said, there is a lot of these Thunderbirds going on the second and third owner with too many miles on them. It's not that often you can find a cream puff like this with only 1,900 miles from the original owner. (This is not a typo. 1,900 miles. Not 19,000 or 190,000) If you are looking for one of the best new style Thunderbirds out there, don't let this one get away. No stories, no excuses. Still looks and drives like it is new. Loaded with just about every possible option. Premium model with removable hardtop, heated seats, chrome wheels, select shift transmission, and the black accent interior package.

Body & Paint:

The exterior paint color is called "Mountain Shadow Grey". Code (CX) The overall condition of the paint and body are excellent. Show room new. There are no door dings, dents, scratches or stone nicks anywhere on the vehicle. It has never been in any type of accident. The paint was treated with a protective coating from Miracle Shield here in Cleveland shortly after the vehicle was purchased.

Hardtop - Softtop:

The optional matching hardtop is in the same "Like New" condition as the rest of the car. The factory hardtop tool is also included along with a storage stand for when the hardtop in removed. The power black convertible top works great and looks like it did on day one. The soft convertible boot cover snaps on easily and is in perfect condition. Both the hardtop and convertible top have glass rear windows with rear defroster.

Interior:

The leather interior is "Black Ink" in color with the added optional black accent package. It is in excellent condition with no rips, marks, fading, wear areas or other problems. This black interior looks great with the dark grey exterior paint color. It has all the great "Premium" options such as heated seats, six disk CD changer, audiophile sound system, dual zone - auto temp. control, and power tilt telescoping steering wheel.

Glass:

All original glass including the windshield. (Ford Motor Company logo is printed on the glass pieces.) There are no nicks, chips, wiper marks, or scratches. The power windows are working great with no problems or issues. The rear glass window in the hardtop has a defroster along with the glass in the softtop. The hardtop has the retro looking "Port Hole" side windows. The windshield has the heated wiper park area.

Wheels & Tires:

It has the stock Thunderbird cast aluminum chrome 7 spoke wheels. No scratches, nicks or curb rash. These chrome wheels where standard with the premium edition model. The tires are Michelin all seasonal P235/50VR17 BSW. Again, they only have 1,900 miles on them.

Trunk Compartment:

Perfect condition. Fully carpeted. The original jack, jacking tools, instruction card, and spare tire have never been used and are in their correct storage location. The battery is also located in the trunk. A new OEM style Ford Motorcraft battery was just installed a few months ago. The trunk can hold two sets of golf clubs with room to spare.

Engine Compartment:

The engine compartment is clean and detailed. Again, "It only new once." This compartment looks better then new. All stock and original. Under the hood is the original 3.9 liter V8 32 valve DOHC engine rated at 280hp @6000 rpm. Fuel economy EPA 24 mpg highway, and 18 mpg city. Coupled to this power plant is a 5-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive. It also has the "Select Shift" option. Both the engine and transmission are working great with no known problems, Great speed and pick up. A true joy to drive!

Exhaust - Brakes - Suspension:

Remember, only 1,900 miles on all these items. The dual exhaust is in very good condition. It has a soft but not too loud rumble from the two bright exhaust tips. The ABS ventilated disc brake system is working great. They do not pulsate, pull, fade or make any noise. The parking brake is also working correctly. The vehicle sits nice and drives even better. No problems or noises with this independent SLA suspension and/or the traction control.

Undercarriage:

The vehicle was under coated and rust proofed at Miracle Shield when it was new. The undercarriage looks like a vehicle with only 1,900 on it and that has never seen any bad weather. It has always been properly stored and maintained. Of course the vehicle is rust free. Don't settle for a vehicle with 20, 30, 40 thousand miles on it with their mechanical items are starting to show some wear.

History - Paperwork - Awards:

Original owner. Comes with the original window sticker. (Framed under glass.) I have almost of all the paperwork/receipts since the vehicle was new. Vehicle only needed one dealer service repair to adjust a rattle in the driver's side window area. The original owner's manual, hardtop tool, and both sets of original keys with transmitters all go along with the sale. The vehicle has won several awards/trophies from a few auto shows in this area.

Please read all of the terms before bidding.

Our goal at Classic Cars Online, LLC. is to broker positive transactions between buyers and owners. We help with listing and presenting vehicles on eBay for the owners. We are not in possession and we have not inspected this vehicle. The owner provides us the information and photos for the eBay auction and has stated the representations are true to the best of his/her knowledge.
We also have a "Risk Free" 7 day inspection period AFTER the auction for the winner bidder.

1) The owner provides and is responsible for any and all representations within this auction and not Classic Cars Online, LLC. The owner states that the presentations are honest and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and assumes all legal responsibilities for the vehicle and representations.
2) At the conclusion of the auction and upon reception of a Five percent (5%) deposit, Classic Cars Online, LLC. will place the winning bidder in touch with the owner to arrange for inspection or transportation. Classic Cars Online will accept the deposit on behalf of the owner. This deposit is due within 3 days of auction closing. The deposit can be paid with a Certified Bank Check.
3) An Inspection of the vehicle is Highly Recommended and must be done within 7 days of auction closing. The remaining balance, is due to the owner at inspection/acceptance. *If inspection is not completed within 7 days, or buyer waves his choice to inspect the vehicle, the deposit is nonrefundable and the deal is finalized. The inspection can be done by the buyer personally or a third party inspector that the buyer hires.
4) Full payment is due within 7 days of auction closing. You are not purchasing a new car that is claimed to be flawless. Instead, you are purchasing a vehicle that is old and expected to have normal wear and tear from age. The vehicle is sold "as is" where is without any warranty implied or expressed. All sales are final once inspected or paid in full.
5) If the vehicle was found to be materially misrepresented at the inspection, your deposit is refundable and you are not liable for the purchase but this must be determined within the allotted seven (7) day inspection period. Regardless of our commitment to describe vehicles in as much detail as possible there will be imperfections. Failing to mention for example an item such as a small paint imperfection, a minor non-safety related item such as a switch etc, does not constitute refusal of the vehicle by the buyer. We require you to put in writing via email or fax the material misrepresentations in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Taking a few photos of the misrepresented area for us to see, will help point out and confirm your concerns. "Changed my Mind" is not a valid excuse for your deposit to be refunded.
6) Bidding on this auction demonstrates your acceptance to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Cars Online, LLC. from any liability resulting from this transaction, including any reasonable attorney fees.
7) PLEASE DO NOT bid unless you have full intentions of purchasing at your bid price. Your bid is a legally binding contract as eBay clearly states. We reserve the right to end the auction early. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure excellent auction integrity. Please do not ask the sellers reserve price as we will not disclose this information.
8) WE DO NOT accept bid retractions. If you bid and retract you will be added to our blocked bidder list and future bids will NOT be accepted. eBay allows for you to triple check You're bid before finally entering the bid. 9) Bidder/Buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs, insurance, title work, and must be 18 years of age or older.
