We traded for this Corvette and another '93 with only 5k miles for our 1996 Grand Sport Corvette with only 2k miles! Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant cost of our time, vehicle relisting fees, paperwork and title production and lost productivity.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Harris County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Harris County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Harris County, Texas. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Harris County, Texas.
