We guarantee engine and transmission in proper working condition at the time we list our vehicles, but NOT AFTER YOU BUY AND DRIVE IT HOME.

We DO NOT guarantee you NO WARNING LIGHTS on dashboard, since we don't own all the cars, trucks we have for sale, but resell and do not drive them long enough to see if any of the warning lights (such as check engine light for example) comes on. That means we don't want you to blame us for any warning lights that might come on after you buy our car, truck etc. and take it home.

All the power equipment, radio, lights, brakes ect. are buyer's responsibility to have it inspected or ask us BEFORE placing his bid.

We have nothing to hide from our buyers and we do our best to put as much description as we can in the auction, but please DO NOT assume anything and ask a question BEFORE the auction ends.

Please, expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place a bid.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the winner of the auction is required by eBay to pay in full by placing his bid. We require payment within 3 business days and vehicle to be picked up in timely manner. Buyer is required to contact us within first 24 hours and leave us his name and phone number.

If you change your mind on buying the vehicle you won, $100 storage fee for the next round auction will be applied. Otherwise, all the non-pay bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback with unpaid item record posted.

If you want to ship the vehicle after you won the auction, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inspect the vehicle PRIOR to shipping by a third party before the auction ends. No cars, trucks will be released to shipper until all the paperwork is completed properly and returned to us by mail.

All vehicles have to be picked up by the winners or a qualified shipper by their choice.

Please note that we try our best to accommodate all of our customers. However, due to the fact that sometimes we sell more than 5 cars a day it is not always possible for us to arrange pick ups within the next couple of days after purchase. Therefore, please do not buy plane tickets or plan pick ups prior contacting us, and do not assume you can pick up vehicles the next days. That being said, we will try our very best to work around your schedule, and most likely be able to arrange for pickup whenever it’s convenient for you.

If buyer or shipping company picks your vehicle up, feedback must be entered at the time of pick up.

$50/day storage fee will be charged after two weeks of free storage, that is given under one condition only - the vehicle must be paid in full in timely manner (within 3 business days of the end of the auction).

The auction fee in the amount of $225.00 will be added to the total winning bid to cover buyer's expenses in picking-up the vehicle. The fee is not negotiable and includes: car detailing, paperwork, notary, title transfer, messenger, possible pick-up from airport/bus/train stations in Philadelphia, PA.

All the buyers are required to have their valid driver's licence and valid proof of insurance upon picking up the vehicle.

$55.00 is a 30-day temp tag for all the non-PA residents if needed to drive home.
