Feel confident about your purchase.  You are purchasing your vehicle from a Licensed & Insured New York State Motor Vehicle Dealership.  All cars will be inspected before delivery or shipment of your vehicle.  We certify that the information noted in our description is TRUE to the best of our knowledge however, it is the buyers final responsibility to inspect and research the vehicle .  We will offer every opportunity and accept all reasonable requests for information, questions and additional photos to assist you with your decision.  If you are not sure about something - please ask!

After the auction has ended, a $1000.00 deposit is required within 24 hours.  Deposits are accepted in the form of Paypal, bank wire, credit card.  The remaining balance must be paid in full, within 5 days of the auction end date (See 'Payment Options').  If contact is not made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise.  Non-Paying auction Winning Bidders will be reported to eBay and a negative feedback will be posted.

A bid is a legally binding contract between a seller and a buyer.

DO NOT bid unless you are serious about owning this vehicle.  If you are planning to finance your vehicle, please be sure to have bank approval prior to bidding.  At your request, we can assist with financing options through several classic car lenders.  Please note - most banks will not finance vehicles older than model year 1995. 

We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.  We reserve the right to end this listing without notice if the vehicle is no longer available for sale, is sold privately or offered and sold in another market.

About the Reserve Price

If the reserve is not met by the end of the auction, we may contact the highest bidder to offer a 'Second Chance Option'.  You are not obligated to accept our Second Chance

Sales Tax

New York State residents are required to pay NYS Sales Tax at the time of the sale.  

Non NYS residents willl pay sales tax at the Dept of Motor Vehicle office in your state upon registering the vehicle. 

Shipping is available Nationally & Worldwide

You are responsible for the cost of all shipping and handling charges related to your vehicle.  FMC will gladly arrange for the shipment of your vehicle to Anywhere USA or Overseas at your request and your expense.  We work closely with several auto transport companies and will shop the best rate on your behalf. You will be advised of our best rate prior to shipping the vehicle.  With your approval, shipping will be arranged.  All shipping charges must be Paid in Full prior to the shipment of your vehicle. 

Vehicles can be shipped worldwide to the port of your choice using  the following options. Price quotes for each will be provided at your request.  Overseas methods are as follows:

Open shipment (roll on roll off) OR,

Enclosed container with one other vehicle  OR,

Enclosed container by itself.
