MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to offer the ultimate in “Sheer Driving Pleasure” … the very desirable black-on-black 2007 BMW M6 Convertible, complete with the powerful V10, 7-speed SMG transmission and all of the bells and whistles you would expect out of a high end, luxury sports car! In 2007, this M6 would have retailed for just shy of $100,000!!!!!! This M6 could pass for a car that Bruce Wayne would drive when he’s not patrolling Gotham in the Batmobile!

Finished in Black Sapphire Metallic, the paint is in excellent shape and shows very, very minor imperfections such as a small chip in between the grills on the front clip and a small scuff above the rear license plate in the center. The body is solid, sound and the only imperfection we can find is a small, barely there ding below the passenger side mirror, likely from another car door. The black convertible top is in excellent shape and functions properly.

Inside, the first thing you will notice is that the black Merino leather still smells fresh and new. The interior is entirely finished in black and looks gorgeous. The seats are wrapped in Merino leather and are in excellent condition, showing no signs of wear or tear. The black carpet and headliner are also in fantastic shape. The door panels and dashboard are accented with wood veneer that really sets off the sexy look of the interior. The dashboard houses the iconic M6 gauges as well as an AM/FM/CD and DVD/Navigation screen. This car is fully loaded! Overall, the interior of this car looks as good as it did the day it rolled off the line.

Under the hood, you’ll find the powerful V10 that is capable of pushing out 500 horsepower. Attached to the 305 cubic inch V10 is a 7-speed Sequential Manual Gearbox with an illuminated Paddle Shifter which makes the overall experience of the M6 an exciting one! Of course, this luxury sports car is equipped with power brakes, power steering and AC. The car sits upon a set of 19” forged BMW M6 wheels wrapped in brand new P255/40ZR19 tires in the front and P285/35ZR19 tires in the rear. The 4 wheel disc brakes are drilled and slotted to disperse any excess heat.

This car would make an excellent driver for any BMW enthusiast or anyone who just wants to have the ultimate driving experience. The VIN is WBSEK93577CS32835 (which can be found on the driver’s side dashboard through the windshield) and the mileage currently shows 41,863. Therefore, despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition, we are not able to warranty a manufacturer’s workmanship or previous owner’s diligence in care. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.

Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage. We take care of all the details and paperwork. All you have to do is collect the car at port and enjoy!
