EXTERIOR:  THIS TRUCK HAS THE BIG BOY FRONT BUMPER ON IT THAT IS NOT RUSTED OUT IT HAS TO BE RELATIVELY NEW.  THE TRUCK LOOKS GREAT IN PICTURES AND IN PERSON.  THE ONLY DAMAGE TO THE OUTSIDE IS 2 THINGS.  A SMALL SPOT ON THE HOOD ABOUT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER THE PAINT HAS CHIPPED.  THE BOTTOM OF THE  PASSENGER REAR DOOR DOWN LOW HAS A DENT AND A FEW SCRATCHES.  OTHER THAN THAT THIS TRUCK IS REALLY NICE. 

MECHANICALLY:  THIS TRUCK HAS JUST BEEN THROUGH OUR SHOP AND IS 100% READY FOR IT'S NEW OWNER.  THE TRUCK RUNS AND DRIVES EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD.  NO BLOW BY ON THE MOTOR AND THE TRANSMISSION IS AS SOLID AS THE DAY IT WAS NEW.  NO WARNING LIGHTS ON THE DASH OR ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT.   I WOULD NOT BE AFRAID TO HOP IN THIS TRUCK AND DRIVE IT ANYWERE.

If you are interested in having your vehicle shipped, all of our transportation is done by fully insured, DOT certified Professional Transporters. The average delivery time is 7 days after payment has been received. Feel free to call or email with any questions or if you would like a transportation quote. Holidays and Mother Nature can cause delays that are out of our control. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Snow Storms, and Ice Storms sometimes can result in minor delays of shipping and scheduling.

With any pre owned vehicle you will have some minor chips and/or scratches, normal wear. If there is anything that would not be considered normal, it will be photographed and noted.

All keys, floor mats, and owner’s manuals that were with the vehicle when purchased by Midway Powersports, will be given to the new owner at time of delivery. Not all vehicles will come with multiple keys books, or mats. Feel free to contact us if you want to discuss exact details of any of our vehicles.

All vehicles are described to the best of our ability and we take numerous pictures to accurately describe the quality and condition of each vehicle. All vehicles are "as is" unless warrantied by another provider.  Title and tax fees vary from state to state.

All transactions are subject to our $99 title and transfer fee.

A $1000.00 non refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of close of auction and the balance within 7 days of close auction.  If the purchase price is over $15,000.00 than you will pay a $2,000.00 non refundable deposit. This deposit is manditory. There is no way around this deposit unless you can be here within 24 hours!! If you fail to give us the remaining balance within 7 days of the closed auction, a $50.00 fee will be added to your balance for every day that the balance is late. Payment must be in the form of  bank to bank wire transfer. Since we have been open we have taken in 2 fraudulent checks, therefore a bank to bank wire transfer is the safest and easiest for the buyer and the seller.  Shipping cost is the BUYERS responsibility and a $99.00 TITLE AND TRANSFER FEE. All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS.  We are a legit, reputable business, we don't try to make a million dollars, we just sell things at a reasonable price to consumers.
