A: No other fees are owed to Davis Motor Co unless you are a Texas buyer .

Q:What fees do i owe if I am a Texas buyer ?

A:Texas buyers owe 6.25% of the winning price plus a $50.00 documentary fee.

Q:Can I have the vehicle inspected by an independent shop?

A:Yes you can arrange to have a local shop of your choice inspect the vehice and i will be happy to assist you.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles.
