We have a car dealership, but our eBay department its all about offering you a vehicle at the lowest price possible. We do not sell our vehicles at local auctions. What happens is when a vehicle has been on our dealership longer than 30 days, we post that vehicle here on eBay. This means a great deal for you, and it helps us make room on our lot for a different vehicle. Being in the car business is all about turning inventory, I don't want a vehicle on my lot over 45 days, so at 30 days it is put here on eBay and is sold at a wholesale price.

We have this vehicle marked at our cash price, but you can still finance it through your bank or credit union, and eBay offers some really nice financing options.

We run an honest family opertated business, and we are drive the vehicles out and tell you everything we know about them. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection there with. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

If the vehicle is going to be registered in Texas, we will pay the TTL, out of the sales price, so you will need to make arrangements for picking up the vehicle.

If the vehicle is going to be registered outside of Texas, you will be responsible for TTL when you register the vehicle in your own state, but we will help you some with your expense of getting the vehicle.* You can choose one of the following options.
We can ship this vehicle - We will pay up to $500 of the total shipping Expense
You can fly in or Drive in - We will reimburse you up to $400 for your airfare/gas and lodging when shown receipts*

*Important Note about our Outside of Texas Reimburse Program (Receipt must be provided to qualify for a reimbursement. Normally customers fax us their receipts after they get back home, and the reimbursement check is mailed along with the title. We will NOT pay for any expense, until we have received payment in full for the vehicle and that payment has cleared the bank. Any Reimbursement will be paid by company check only)

We can arrange to pick you up at the gate, and bring your to our dealership, so you can either view, purchase, or pickup the vehicle.

All sales are subject to a flat $50 documentary fee

If the vehicle is going to be registered in Texas, we will pay the TTL, out of the sales price, so you will need to make arrangements for picking up the vehicle.

If the vehicle is going to be registered outside of Texas, you will pay no takes here, but you will be responsible for title transfer, registration and applicable taxes in your home state. We will help you some with your expense of getting the vehicle. Please see the SHIPPING Section

All of our inventory are pre-owned vehicles and as such are sold "AS-IS" from us, but we may include Warranty through a 3rd party company. 

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Taylor County, Texas.  The vehicle shall be delivered FOB in Taylor County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Taylor County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Taylor County, Texas.

Terms of Sale
As above, winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours from the end of the auction.

Full payment is to be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. Full payment is due before vehicle delivery. 

Please have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase.

All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end any auction at any time.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional, on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, advertising costs, Ebay listing fees and lost dealership productivity.

If you are unable to complete the transaction in person, we can fax, email, or mail you duplicate copies of the paperwork; one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return.

Once payment is received or the loan proceeds have been dispersed, we can then make arrangements for vehicle transport or pickup. The actual miles posted in this listing may be slightly higher due to in-transit repairs or customer road testing. All our vehicles are pre-owned and they are sold in 'As Is' condition. All sales are final. Warranties are through a third party company.
