Deposit

Internet Sales / eBay Policies

In State Buyers (Nevada)· All state of Nevada residents will receive a 30 day moving permit. Sales Tax and title fees will be collected at time of sale. All titles, once received, will be mailed to the Nevada DMV office in Carson City. You will receive your new title within 4-6 weeks (if a cash sale). Finance customers: Your title will be mailed to your lien holder. Call us for more details. Seller must obtain personal information from customer to process the transaction. If the customer does not agree the transaction is void. We also obey all state and Federal Privacy Laws. Contact dealer for specifics.
Out of State Buyers:· All vehicles being sold outside of the state of Nevada will receive a 15 day moving permit ($10 DMV fee applies). Once your title has been received to us, we will forward it to your mailing address. All paperwork will be sent between buyer and seller via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Call us for more details. Seller must obtain personal information from customer to process the transaction. (See list below) If the customer does not agree the transaction is void. We also obey all state and Federal Privacy Laws. Contact dealer for specifics. Lastly, out of state buyers are required to have a Tax Exempt form Notarized at paperwork signing. We provide the paperwork and Notary if picking up vehicle. If we are mailing paperwork the customer is requited to have it done.

Additional Fees & Taxes:· Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes, registration, and titles fees within the state the vehicle will be garaged.
Shipping:· The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Seller assumes NO costs related to shipping of the vehicle. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their and mechanical parts are subject to fail. eAutoNiche, LLC welcomes and RECOMMENDS a buyer’s inspection. We may not have vehicle handbooks, floor mats, additional keys, remotes, or CD magazines available for you (we generally do, if so it will be shown on the pictures but please call/email to ensure. If the ad doesn't state we have it, then we do not.
Mileage is subject to change due to car being test driven, inspected, serviced at dealership and etc... If the vehicle has a 5 digit odometer it may have flipped over 100k.
Warranty:· Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle’s description, this vehicle is being sold “AS IS”. No representations or warranties are made by the seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. Successful Bidder:· The winning bidder will be contacted via email/phone after the auction closes, or he/she must contact eAutoNiche within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder:· If the deposit in not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction. We reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or another qualified buyer.
Customer Decides Not to Purchase: If the seller backs out of the deal their $500 deposit is non-refundable and must contact dealer asap.
