This is one of the roomiest crossover utility vehicles in its class, with seating for up to five passengers. The AWD keeps nearly all of the power at the front wheels under normal conditions, but can redirect up to 99 percent of the torque to the rears when needed. It's a huge help in slippery conditions. The best safety feature is the ability to avoid accidents, which in the FX37 case is helped by VDC, Infiniti brand name for electronic stability control. The system uses sensors to tell if the front or rear of the vehicle is sliding in a direction that is at odds with what the driver is doing with the steering wheel. Then, it will help correct for the skid.
