All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end any auction at any time. All sales require a $500 deposit within 12 hours of sale agreement. Deposits can be made by phone with credit card (Visa, Discover, Master Card), cash or cashier..s check. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional, on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, advertising costs, Ebay listing fees and lost dealership productivity. Full payment is to be received within 3 days from the end of the auction. Full payment is due before vehicle delivery. Buyers in all states are required to pay a vehicle inventory tax for example, on a $10,000 vehicle this tax will be $17.86. All sales are subject to a flat $50 document prep fee. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration fees in their own states. Texas residents pay a 6.25% state sales tax. Please have verifiable funds a pre-approved loan available or contact us for your financing needs before the close of the auction.
