This is a very clean, highly original 1960 Ford F-100. This truck came to us from the Carolinas, and from its structural and cosmetic condition, we believe that it was a Southern truck since new. With their iconic wrap-around rear windows and Ford’s signature grill, the 1960 F-100s brought together the best elements of Ford’s 50s and 60s design cues, and this example has been especially well preserved.
The original 223cid straight six engine starts and runs well and the three-on-the-tree transmission shifts smoothly. Recent mechanical work includes a carburetor rebuild and brake tune-up. Overall, the truck is a lot of fun to drive, whether you’re headed to the lumberyard or the ice cream stand.
The body and frame on this truck are rust-free, with the only exception being some small rot holes in the bed. (See photos.) The bed is still fully functional and structurally sound. We were also very impressed with the condition of the undercarriage. All the typical trouble spots—cab corners, cab mounts, rocker panels, cross-members and spring shackles—are clean and solid.
The paint is in great condition, although not original. Clearly, the custom artwork on the tailgate is not original either. The chrome trim and bumpers are excellent, with only a small spot of fading on the driver-side corner of the front grill. Overall, the truck shows very well, and we’ve gotten a lot of attention around town in it.

They may have small dings, small scratches, and minor imperfections. The interior may also be worn due to corresponding miles on vehicle. Please be advised that you should expect a certain amount of wear, flaws from a vehicle over 25 model years in age and use that you would not expect from purchasing a new vehicle. Almost all of our cars are antique vehicles and at times, they may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, etc. and owner's manuals. (Please call for actual miles at the time of purchase as we do drive some of the vehicles). Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license, the State of New Hampshire does not have a sales tax or surcharge. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
Taxes and Fees
Our documentation and transaction fee is $99 and all sales transactions must be completed within 7 business days of auction close unless other arrangements have been made with the dealership.
Deposit
We require a $500 nonrefundable deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction and payment in full within 7 business days unless other arrangements have been made with the dealership. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment at the close of the auction.
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close to make a $500 nonrefundable deposite and must complete the purchase within 7 business days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
