Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged sales tax, title, or license by the state of TN. Out of state buyers will be charged a documentation fee of $399. All vehicles are subject to a local business tax. It is based on .375% of the purchase price of the vehicle. Example: $10,000 X .375% = $37.50 for a total due of $10,037.50. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state and paying all applicable taxes and fees.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and a documentation fee of$399.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors must contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Please understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. All vehicles are for sale locally as well.
Deposit
Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Winning bidders must submit a $500 deposit within 48 hours after the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The remaining balance (including fees and taxes) will be due within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be complete before the delivery of the vehicle. We reserve the right to re-list of sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership will be available for pickup at area airports and rental car companies. Please schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements to help us better serve you.
