In late January 2003, Nissan's luxury division began shipping a pair of remarkably sleek, brand-new crossover sport utility vehicles to dealerships. The Infiniti FX35 has a V-6 engine and either rear- or all-wheel drive. The FX35 comes with a four-wheel-independent suspension, five-speed-automatic transmission and a 3.5-liter V-6 producing 280 horsepower.

MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the lovely 2005 Infiniti FX35 you see pictured. This FX35 is an extremely clean example that is currently showing just over 90,000 original miles from new. This particular FX35 is loaded with options including the Touring Package & Sport Appearance Package.

Finished in Diamond Graphite on the exterior with Willo leather interior, this SUV is in great condition and shows no signs of damage. The paint is excellent condition with only a few minor scratches and rock chips in the front, which is typical of a car that has been regularly driven.

Inside, the Willo leather is in great condition with no notable rips or tears. The carpets are good, seats are in good condition and the arm rests show no cracking. Both front seats are power and work as they should. Both front seats are also heated for those cold mornings! The dashboard houses a plethora of options and all are properly functioning, including the dual control AC.

Under the hood, the 3.5 liter, 280 horsepower V6 runs great and is incredible smooth. Attached to the V6 is an automatic transmission. These SUV’s have great power and handling on the road. Obviously, the SUV comes with power steering, power brakes and AC. All four P265/50R20 tires are in excellent condition. The 20” Infiniti wheels are in good condition overall with only a bit of curb rash showing on the passenger front wheel. This car is equipped with four wheel disc brakes.

This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.

Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage. We take care of all the details and paperwork. All you have to do is collect the car at port and enjoy!
