The remainder of the balance due must be paid before the vehicle leaves our facility. We can not accept credit cards or Pay Pal for the entire balance, only the $200 deposit. If the vehicle description states the tires as "Brand New" it is possible that we have not yet installed the new tires. The new tires WILL be installed before the vehicle is delivered. If the vehicle is not offered with an entertainment package, we can always install one for an additional fee.
