At Auction Close
The successful "winning" bidder must telephone 501.281.2774 within 24 hours of the auction ending to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.
A $500.00 Non Refundable deposit is required within 24 hours and full payment to be completed within 7 days of the auction ending. Full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Our Guarantee
We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. Shane Glidewell Auto Sales recommends all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from the published ad.
Shipping - Transport of Vehicle
As a value added service we will assist with shipping arrangements however, the buyer pays all shipping costs. We do not have any affiliation with, or interest in, any transportation companies and all questions or concerns should be addressed directly with them. Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $50, in addition to a $150 internet administration fee. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $1000 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days.
