Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $259.00. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $150 deposit within 2 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
By placing a winning bid, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase. Winning bid becomes the binding sale price. (Excluding tax, tags, or documentation fees) Winner must provide a $150.00 minimum deposit within 48 hours of auction end. (WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ACCEPT YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR DEPOSIT.) Balance of sale price expected within seven (7) working days of auction end. Balance due accepted in cash IN PERSON, cashiers check, loan check and personal check (once cleared). If you bid and win a vehicle that you do not wish to purchase, you will be required to pay a $150 reimursement fee to relist the vehicle.
