Finished in a beautiful Barents Blue Metallic that still has a showroom shine and complimented by a very clean Quartz leather interior that is free of any tears or rips this Volvo has 87K lightly driven and dealer maintained miles.
The V50 feels powerful with its 2.4-liter DOHC Inline 5-cyl engine capable of an impressive 168 horsepower and an average of 22 MPG City and 30 MPG Hwy . Squeeze down on the gaz pedal and you're rewarded with smooth and quick throttle response that's very satisfying when accelerating onto a freeway. Stomp on it at any speed and the five-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly.
Overall, the car looks fantastic!! On the exterior there is only a minor cosmetic issue to mention which is a light scratch on the passenger side front bumper fender and some light scuff marks on the rear bumper.
The interior of the vehicle is very clean with no tears or rips on the leather seats. The rear seat passengers are not left out and kept very comfortable with plenty of leg and head room. The interior looks well above average for being a family vehicle! The only issue to note is the front driver and passenger seats shows normal wear from routine entry/exit. Other than this, the interior shows fantastic! None of the door panels are peeling, the headliner is clean and is not sagging and it's 100% NON-smoker!
As far as the electronics, EVERYTHING IS IN WORKING ORDER!! There are no pixels burned out in the radio or instrument cluster, the A/C blows Ice Cold on all speeds, all power seat, power windows, power sunroof and power door locks work as they should.
Mechanically: the car is in great condition!! It’s has been through a mechanical and safety inspection and it is ready for the lucky new owner to enjoy it with no worries from day 1! We have put 100+ miles on this vehicle and can tell you that it drives great! It handles tight and has plenty of power throughout the gears at highway speed up to 79mph! The car runs very strong, the transmission shifts smooth, it idles smooth and it has no warning lights on in the dash at all!! Florida law statutes mandate that any such fee must be disclosed and included in the final sale price without discrimination therefore please do not ask us to waive that fee because we cannot. With online auctions the final price is not known in advance, so please note that the amount of $249.00 will be added to the closing or agreed amount of purchase so that the final price will include the fee and such will be reflected on the bill of sale. A Buy-It-Now price on ebay does not include the $249.00 dealer processing fee.

Deposit
Buyer agrees to send a $500 Non-Refundable deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including applicable fees and taxes within 7 calendar days of the end of auction. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of close of auction or if the balance has not been paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, or alternate payment arrangements has not been made, the vehicle will be re-listed or made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at Fort Lauderdale Airport or Miami International airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
Inspection
Buyers are more than welcome to inspect vehicle in person. Personal inspection and/or third-party inspection is highly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Buyer is responsible for payment of the inspection. No inspections will be allowed after end of the auction. Please do not assume anything and do ask any questions you might have in regard of this car, as well as ask for any additional photos that would be of special interest for you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, asked any and as much questions they might have about the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Therefore, any claims or disputes as a result of or relate to failure to disclose or misrepresentation are hereby waived by you.
Shipping
All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We are happy to assist in arranging shipping as a value added service only. We will help with the shipping arrangements but we will not be held responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.Vehicle must be picked up within 10 calendar days of the end of auction. All vehicles that are not picked up within this time frame will be subject to storage fees in the amount of $25/day.
Vehicle Titles
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer and guarantee clear and free of liens titles on all vehicles that we sell. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 30 days of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.
Third-Party Financing as Method of Payment
When seeking pre-approval for an auto loan please remember that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 7 years or with more than 100,000 miles. Make sure, then, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Again, please arrange financing before bidding.
