Beautiful 389 cu. in. numbers matching 1964 GTO with a complete, frame-off restoration. Heavily equipped with 34 factory options including Power steering & Power brakes. Other than the transmission and tach, the equipment is bone stock. It started off life as a 2-speed automatic and it's been upgraded to a correct, date-coded Muncie 4-speed. The clock was replaced with a factory tachometer. It's had a complete, frame-off restoration which was completed last year so it's fresh. Arrow-straight, completely rust-free body. Dash pod and all instruments professionally restored by "Instrument Specialties" in Rhode Island. Interior done by Legendary. New, top-of-the-line exhaust splitters from Ames Performance. The attention to detail is evident throughout the car. The seats are perfect. The headliner and the carpet are nice and tight with no blemishes. As you can see, we have the PHS documentation, replica window sticker and build sheet, and the original owner's manual. We have the original factory number-coded keys that match the PHS documentation. We have all the invoices for the restoration. It fires up and runs perfectly. All the gauges work. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant cost of our time, vehicle relisting fees, paperwork and title production and lost productivity.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Harris County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Harris County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Harris County, Texas. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Harris County, Texas.
