We reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

By bidding on the subject vehicle, you are agreeing to all of the followings terms: We reserve the right to A) obtain and verify the registered information of all users who have involvement in this auction. B) cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. Please do not bid, if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle (please read eBay’s user agreement). No-pay bidders will be subject to a $500.00 penalty fee if ownership is not established after auction has ended. As a company policy, we do not disclose reserve on live auctions. No reserve will be disclosed under any circumstances. Reserves will only be accepted on auctions without reserves or without Buy It Now pricing. Bidder's age-You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to bid, unless your local laws state differently.
Because we sell our cars at wholesale prices, all sales will be charged a modest $395.00 for the Dealer Service Fee. This fee covers but is not limited to costs associated with title work on our side, fueling up vehicles, general upkeep, and dealer profit. Our official business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. However, we are generally available at all times to answer questions and assist in general business keeping on eBay.
Special eBay Retraction Rules: (Please Read eBay "Retracting a Bid" agreement for more information). If you place a bid before the last twelve hour period of the auction you may retract that bid before the last twelve hours but only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last twelve hour period of the auction. If you place a bid during the last twelve hour period of the auction you will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after the placing the bid.
Representations and Warranties Made By Seller:
This vehicle is being sold ‘As-Is’. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. No representations or warranties are made by the seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by the bidders in making bids. Seller has done its best to disclose the equipment/condition of this vehicle. In addition, the odometer mileage listed was obtained from an odometer disclosure statement and is based on the best knowledge and belief of the seller. Purchaser is entitled to inspect the vehicle before the auction ends.
Bidders must be able to pay cash (cash, cashier’s check, etc.) in person or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before bidding on these vehicles! We are here to work with you, so please contact us with ANY questions or concerns you have. We are professionals in the business of selling vehicle and take our eBay auctions very seriously and so should you. Appropriate feedback will be left for all transactions! IF YOU ARE TAKING PHYSICAL DELIVERY OF OUR VEHICLES, FEEDBACK MUST BE LEFT AFTER YOUR THOROUGH INSPECTION AND BEFORE LEAVING OUR LOCATION.
A PAYPAL DEPOSIT OF $500.00 MUST BE SENT WITHIN 12 HOURS FROM THE END OF THE AUCTION. THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF BUYER DOES NOT FULFILL HIS/HER COMMITMENTS. CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR BANK WIRE TRANSFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED UPON SUPERVISOR'S APPROVAL. Again, we are here to work with you, so please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Full payment must be made within 3 days from end of auction and before Friday. Cashier’s checks, money orders, or wire transfers only. Personal checks are only accepted with approval of the owner of this dealership. All funds must be made payable to “East Coast Fine Cars”. Before assuming anything, please call us. We handle various and special situations on a case-by-case basis.
ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS, if you are taking PHYSICAL DELIVERY FROM OUR DEALERSHIP, you must pay Florida Sales Tax at the current rate of 6% (this is usually reciprocal with your local state tax, meaning you will not have to pay tax twice. THERE ARE NO EXEMPTIONS OR EXCEPTIONS TO THIS. If you have any questions pertaining to this law, please contact your local DMV.
Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and some items such as CD changers magazines, lighters, books & records, floor mats, etc. may be missing and/or may be worn out. We will make any effort to describe the vehicle as accurate as possible but since you are buying a pre-owned car, you must be realistic in your expectations. Please contact us for specific questions concerning such items.
LEGAL ACTION
This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
Any action brought under this agreement shall be brought in Broward County, Florida and the parties expressly agree and consent to venue and jurisdiction in said state and county. In the event it becomes necessary for either party to retain an attorney regarding a dispute arising from this agreement, the prevailing party of said dispute shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and cost incurred in either prosecuting or defending its rights under this agreement. Attorney's fees shall include any and all appellate proceedings that may arise here under. It is agreed upon that any legal dispute will first be attempted to resolve any dispute using mediation.
