The Chevrolet Bel Air was a full-size automobile that was produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors for the 1950–1975 model years. Hardtops in the Chevrolet Deluxe Styleline model range were designated with the Bel Air name from 1950 to 1952, but it was not a distinct series of its own until the 1953 model year. Bel Air production continued in Canada for its home market only through the 1981 model year.

For the second time in as many years, Chevrolet again came up with a totally new car. From the front or rear the 1959 Chevrolets resembled nothing else on the road. From the headlights, placed as low as the law would allow, to the cats-eye tail lights, the 1959 Chevrolet was a brand new car with all new sheet metal, a new frame, and even new series names. The most visual new change was the flat, wing shaped tailfins.

MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the 1960 Chevrolet Bel Air you see pictured. This car has been tastefully modified mechanically and only minor cosmetic modifications. This Bel Air is purposely well on its way to becoming a one of a kind rat rod!

Finished in blue, the paint appears to be original, showing a few minor imperfections here and there. The roof has been finished in a blue and silver two tone metal-flake lace painted roof which looks awesome! The body on the two door sedan is straight as it should be. The chrome is in good condition, showing only minor imperfections.

Inside, the interior is finished in two tone blue vinyl and cloth. The seats are in good condition, showing only minor imperfections. The black carpet is in good condition. The door panels and headliner are in less than desirable condition, however, that being said: this Bel Air is in the process of becoming a rat rod! The dashboard houses all of the gauges and also has an aftermarket Sony AM/FM/CD player.

Under the hood sits a strong running 350 cubic inch crate engine with a 700R4 automatic transmission. This car really does drive very well! The Bel Air sits upon a set of 14” deep dish chrome wheels wrapped in P215/75R14 white wall tires which look great.

The VIN is 01511S238937 and the mileage currently shows 97,621. The Bel Air is being sold on a clean and clear Missouri title. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!

This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.
