Finished in a beautiful Platinum Gray Metallic exterior that still has a showroom shine and complimented by an exceptionally clean Anthracite Gray leather interior that is free of any tears or rips this 2009 Volkswagen Turbo Diesel has 144K miles.
This Jetta is equipped with 2.0-liter inline 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine capable of 140 horsepower and an impressive average of 30 Mpg City and 41 Mpg Hwy and mated to VW's superb DSG (6) six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
This Wagon was a Bank repossessed vehicle that we acquired from Wells Fargo. When we received this car, it was not running. The engine would crank but would not start. Our mechanic looked at it and was able to make it run using some starting fluid. It looks like the High Pressure Fuel Pump is bad because there is no fuel pressure during testing but since our mechanic is not too familiar with Diesel engines we have decided to sell it As-Is in its Non-Running Condition . After doing some research online we found out that regardless of vehicle mileage, failure of the High Pressure Fuel Pump is very common in these 2.0 TDI Jetta models. As a matter of Fact the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) is conducting an investigation of the TDI engines that go into both VW and Audi brand vehicles in order to assess whether a recall should be ordered.
We have driven this wagon in our parking lot at speed up to 30MPH as you will see in one of the pictures that we took of the speedometer while driving it. We let the engine run at iddle for more than 3 hours and can verify that it does not overheat, all the power equipment such as the Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Panoramic Sunroof, Power recline and radio work as they should. The A/C blows ice cold.
The overall condition of the exterior of this vehicle is Fantastic! The paint has a deep sparkling shine ! As you will see in the pictures the only cosmetic issues to mention is a dent on the front driver's side fender.
The interior is in impeccable condition. The leather seats looks like they were never sat on and are very clean and are free of any tears or rips. The carpet are exceptionally clean from front to back. It is equipped with the optional set of OEM black rubber mats.

- $249 Dealer Processing Fee:
South Florida Autohaus charges a Dealer Processing Fee in the amount of $249 per each vehicle purchase transaction. This charge is to cover expenses such as temporary tags, professional detailing, mechanical inspection and overnight mailing and handling of documents related to sale. Florida law statutes mandate that any such fee must be disclosed and included in the final sale price without discrimination therefore please do not ask us to waive that fee because we cannot. With online auctions the final price is not known in advance, so please note that the amount of $249.00 will be added to the closing or agreed amount of purchase so that the final price will include the fee and such will be reflected on the bill of sale. A Buy-It-Now price on ebay does not include the $249.00 dealer processing fee.

Deposit
Buyer agrees to send a $500 Non-Refundable deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including applicable fees and taxes within 7 calendar days of the end of auction. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of close of auction or if the balance has not been paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, or alternate payment arrangements has not been made, the vehicle will be re-listed or made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at Fort Lauderdale Airport or Miami International airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
Inspection
Buyers are more than welcome to inspect vehicle in person. Personal inspection and/or third-party inspection is highly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Buyer is responsible for payment of the inspection. No inspections will be allowed after end of the auction. Please do not assume anything and do ask any questions you might have in regard of this car, as well as ask for any additional photos that would be of special interest for you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, asked any and as much questions they might have about the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Therefore, any claims or disputes as a result of or relate to failure to disclose or misrepresentation are hereby waived by you.
Shipping
All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We are happy to assist in arranging shipping as a value added service only. We will help with the shipping arrangements but we will not be held responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.Vehicle must be picked up within 10 calendar days of the end of auction. All vehicles that are not picked up within this time frame will be subject to storage fees in the amount of $25/day.
Vehicle Titles
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer and guarantee clear and free of liens titles on all vehicles that we sell. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 30 days of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.
Third-Party Financing as Method of Payment
When seeking pre-approval for an auto loan please remember that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 7 years or with more than 100,000 miles. Make sure, then, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Again, please arrange financing before bidding. If you win an auction you herein agree to subject yourselves to these terms and, therefore, if you cannot arrange financing your deposit will be held by South Florida Autohaus.
