Should youchoose to abandon your end of the deal, the deposit coversthe cost of relisting and remarketing the car, eBay auction fees andrelisting costs.

LicensePlate/Tag:

InFlorida, license plates are called tags. Weprocess Florida tags. Out of state buyers will be issued a 30 daytransit tag if not transported. Trucked vehicles are not plated/tagged.

Insurance:

Youmust have currentproof of insurance coverage in the buyer's name before we canprocess your paperwork. The insurance card or declarations page mustshow the purchased vehicle. You need toadd the car to your policy before it leaves us.


Pickup and / or delivery:

Allpurchases must be picked up by the buyer, their agent (with writtendocumentation) or transporterwithin 7 days of the auction end, unless other written arrangements aremade in writing. Bill of Lading required for all transported vehiclesfor the protection of both of us. Our transporter supplies this. Ifyour carrier doesn't have a proper Bill of Lading, the vehicle doesn'tleave. Period.

Exportbuyers:

Welove export business! We can assist your transporter.

Thereis no sales taxon purchases exported and transporteddirectly to theport ofdeparture. But,you can notdrive the car on the road with thisexemption. Drive away export purchases are required to pay Floridasales tax. It's the law. Werequire a bill of lading from you transporter for our records thatclearly states our address to the the port of export.

Please don't ask us to break the law.

WholesaleDealers:
