EXTERIOR:

The Silver Birch Metallic paint on this 2004 Silverado is in great condition, has a deep glossy shine, and is 100% RUST FREE! The only thing keeping this truck from getting a perfect score are an average amount of light chips, dings, and so on as to be expected on any used truck. All lights work, all glass is in great shape, and all chrome looks great. The windows have been privacy tinted all around. The Silverado HD is equipped with the factory towing package, an electronic brake box, and 5th wheel mounting rails in the bed...so its ready to be put to work and more than capable of whatever you might throw at it! The Silverado is sitting on a set of black and machined 18" aluminum wheels that are wrapped in a set of great tread 285/65 BFGoodrich All Terrian tires...and the spare tire and wheel complete a matching set! Finishing off the looks and function of the truck is a 2.5" front suspension leveling kit, a black bull bar, and smoked Recon LED cab lights. INTERIOR:

The dark charcoal premium LS cloth interior is in great condition and is smoke free! The seats show no major wear and have no rips, stains, or tears present. The carpet is in good and clean condition and is protected by the factory premium cargo floor mats. The A/C blows ice cold and the heat is good and hot. Its really as simple as that...just a nice, well cared for, super comfortable premium cloth interior! Check out the pictures I have provided for the full story!

DRIVETRAIN:

This 2004 Silverado 2500hd is powered by the hard to find and extremely powerful 8.1L 496ci Big Block Vortec V8 which boasts 330 horsepower and 455 lb ft of torque! This is the largest and most powerful V8 gas engine that GM ever put in a heavy truck, and it will pull with ease most any load you ask it to. Backing up the 8.1 Big block is the equally as capable 5 Speed Allison Automatic Transmission that does a flawless job putting all 455 lb ft of torque to the ground! The engine starts, runs, and drives just like new and the Allison Transmission shifts flawlessly at all times throughout all gears. The 4x4 system is the much preferred manual shift set up, and all settings work just as they should. The only modifications made to the drivetrain are a drop in K&N Air Filter, and true dual 40 Series Flowmaster Mufflers which truly sound like "Chevy Thunder" everytime the Big Block fires up! 

The most common comment I get is that it must get bad fuel mileage. My answer: Yes, do expect 10-12 mpg during most average driving conditions but let me point out that you should expect exactly the same from the alternate options, the GM Vortec 6.0, the Ford V10, or any Dodge V8, all of which only offers a fraction of the 8.1's power. Take my word for it having owned many heavy gas engine trucks...if you're looking for a heavy gas engine truck, the 8.1L Vortec V8 is far and away the best option on the market. These trucks are getting harder to find, and nearly impossible to find in this condition with only 81,000 One Owner Miles. Don't miss out on this one!

--By bidding on and winning one of our auctions, the winning bidder is entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the listed vehicle as outlined in the user agreement that was accepted when first registering as an Ebay Community Member.

Completing the Transaction:

--Following the end of a successful auction, the winning bidder has 24 hours to contact us, BlackStar Motors, at either the phone number or email address listed in the auction. This contact is to set up payment of the deposit, and discuss the final exchange of the vehicle.

--A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is to be made via Paypal (unless other arrangements are agreed upon) within 48 hours of auctions end. The deposit secures the sale of the vehicle for 14 calendar days, or until the transaction is completed, whichever comes first.

--The buyer has 14 days past date of auction end to complete the transaction in full. If the transaction has not been completed after the 14 days as outlined, BlackStar Motors reserves the right to contact other bidders and/or potential buyers and sell the vehicle to another willing party.
