The first-generation Ford Mustang is the original pony car, manufactured by Ford Motor Company from 1964 until 1973.
It was initially introduced as a hardtop and convertible with the fastback version put on sale the following year. At the time of its introduction, the Mustang, sharing its underpinnings with the Falcon, was slotted into a compact car segment.

The 1969 model year restyle "added more heft to the body" with body length extended by 3.8 inches, width increased by almost half an inch, and the Mustang's "weight went up markedly too." 1969 was the first model to use quad headlamps placed both inside and outside the grille opening. The corralled grille pony was replaced with the pony and tribars logo, set off-center to the driver’s side. The car was longer than previous models and sported convex rather than concave side panels. The fastback body version was renamed Sportsroof.

MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to offer yet another gorgeous 1969 Ford Mustang. On this particular Mustang, the exterior has been refinished, including a new vinyl roof, the interior appears to be original. Overall, this car is in great shape and a blast to drive!

Finished in blue, the paint has been refinished in the recent past and is in great shape, showing only minor imperfections. The black vinyl top has also been recently replaced and looks great as well. The body is sound and solid. The chrome is in good condition, only showing very minor imperfections and pitting, however it still shows very well.

Inside, you’ll find that the seats are wrapped in blue vinyl and appear to be original. There are only minor imperfections and staining but overall the seats are in good shape. The headliner, door panels and carpet are all in great condition. The dash appears to be original and still houses the original gauges and AM radio.

Under the hood, you’ll find that the original engine has been upgraded with a 351 cubic inch, 4-valve Cleveland engine. Attached to the engine is a C-4 automatic transmission. The Mustang sits upon a set 14” five spoke Ford Mustang wheels wrapped in P195/75R14 tires.

The VIN is 9T01F142124 and the mileage currently shows 37,009. The car is being sold on a clean and clear title. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!

This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.
