Most importantly, I can confidently say whoever buys this car will be incredibly happy. This is the most amazing car I have ever owned and it's near mint. I test drove several 911 Turbos when I was shopping 3-1/2 years ago and this one was the best. It was more powerful than the others and drove very solid. It has almost every option available (the Porsche service manager told me he has never seen an options list so long) and drives perfect. I bought it with around $4K miles and at least 90% of the miles since then have been highway miles (I drive 25 mi each way to work almost all highway). There's also almost a year left on the warranty! The original price of this car was just over $151,000!
Why am I selling?
I've had the car for 3-1/2 years and it's time for something new...maybe another 911. Because I am a private seller, I can sell it for less than a dealer who's has to make a big profit. I have seen similar (or with less options / higher mileage) 911 Turbos on Cars.com and eBay for well over $80K. I have priced it aggressively to sell.
Comments
Warranty: This car has a "Certified Pre-Owned Warranty" through January 2014. It can be transferred for a fee to a private owner (not included in the sale).
Service Record: All scheduled service appointments were made on time. The last appointment was Friday, October 19, 2012. This took care of the annual scheduled service (cost $350). The car was stored for the winter after that appointment. You're set for maintenance until October 2013 at the earliest!
Accident History: No accidents ever!
Odometer: 25,700 miles
Teph Seal: The entire front of the car has the teph seal. Also covered are the mirrors and side scoops...basically anything exposed to road debris. You can't see it and it protects great. I don't see a scratch, chip or dent anywhere. Feel free to come inspect it yourself.
Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with yellow calipers: Was a $8,150 option. Basically means you'll never need to buy brake pads or rotors (I was told they last 75K-80K miles). Considering typical pad and rotor replacements cost a few thousand dollars each time, this will save you thousands of dollars over time. Also, they perform much better than the standard brakes.
Interior upgrades: Carbon accents, Carbon Steering Wheel, Chrono Package Turbo, Yellow Stitching, Yellow Sport Seat Backs, Yellow Lined Floor Mats, Yellow Seat Belts, and Porsche Creat in Headrests, and leather everywhere (visor, steering wheel, tiptronic, PCM, rear center console, instrument surround, steering column, inner sills, door finishers). Convertible wind protector: This came with the car, but I never used it. I saw the previous owner lightly scratched where it inserts and I decided to avoid it all together. Plus, it looks better without it on in my opinion.
Winter Storage: From November through April, this car is covered in my heated garage. If you also live where it gets cold, you'll be happy to know that I'm including the storage cover and a Porsche brand trickle charger. This keeps the battery charged all winter and the car starts right up in Spring.
Tires: They were replaced last year and there is a good amount of tread left. When I brought it into Porsche last October, they said there was a lot of mileage left on them...and they seem to try to sell me tires even when I don't think I need them.
Keys: Yes, I have boths keys.
2 Known Issues: 1) Rear wind protector scratches (see pictures below. Very minor, could probably be fixed by a leather shop). 2) Plastic front curb protector has scuff/scratches and a crack in one spot (from previous owner). The car paint is NOT scratched; this part is black so you don't even notice it. Could be replaced if you really wanted to. The last image below shows a close up.
