This is a very clean and highly original, 1931 Chevrolet Independence pickup truck in good running order with a good body and interior.  This truck was owned by a father son that restored it and it has not been driven a great deal since they did the mechanical work.  With their iconic nose and hood, and the signature grill, these 1931's trucks are super cool for anything from going to Home Depot or the recycle center or using in a parade.  This is an excellent example of a well preserved truck in immediately usable condition and we have the original hand written bill of sale for your files.

The straight six engine starts and runs well and the manual transmission shifts smoothly.  Overall, the truck is a lot of fun to drive, whether you’re headed to the lumberyard or the ice cream stand.

The body and frame on this truck are rust-free (see the photos).  The bed is fully functional and structurally sound. We were also very impressed with the condition of the undercarriage. All the typical trouble spots—cab corners, cab mounts, rocker panels, cross-members and spring shackles—are clean, solid, and in very good condition.

The paint is in good condition, although not original.  The wheels and tires are in excellent condition as well.  Overall, the truck shows very well, and we’ve gotten a lot of attention around town in it.  It does have some scuffs and minor nits and nats, please see the pictures.

BIDDING, WINNING, PAYING:

We reserve the right to cancel your bid if you have fewer than 5 feedbacks. Upon meeting the reserve, bidders must message or call immediately and demonstrate a serious intent to purchase. If we don’t hear from you within a short time, we will cancel your bid. We have a zero tolerance policy for SHILL BIDDING and BID INTERFERENCE.

TO BID YOU MUST BE OVER 18 and pay with a wire transfer, personal check, cashier’s check, certified bank check, or money order. Partial payments via PayPal and credit card payments are acceptable, but amounts greater than $500.00 will be subject to a 3.2% fee.
