For CA buyers the Cost does Not reflect the licensing/sales tax.
For Out of state buyers there will be additional 300$ fee for paper work and to set up the shipping. We have our own broker who will book the shipping to our house. You pay for the shipping, the service of the broker is included into the sales.

The car Must be shipped out of state on a carrier if your trying to avoid paying ca tax/registration costs. If you stil insist on flying in/driving the car home we will collect 8.5% sales tax and will issue you a sales receipt which you then provide at your local DMV so that they wont charge you double tax. ( Please find out with your states DMV if they will or will not charge you Double Tax as some states do charge and some wont ).

This WRX Holds a California salvage certificate as it was redeemed/purchased from the insurance company. The insurance Company declared it Unprofitable to Repair due to the Front Right Upper damage. The WRX slide under something Very Tall/ leaving the Front End Frame/structural in tact but it swooped up the Cosmetics .
Our In House repair facility has replaced the Front end parts with new oem subaru parts, hood/fender/light/core support/radiators/plastics/ and repainted the front end with blending the side.
This STI has seen over 300 miles of daily driving since it has been rebuilt.
The car has no issues.
Each state has their own Rules/policies on what you need to do to finish licensing a "salvage certificate car" in That state.
I urge all Out of state Buyers to Find Out Your states requirements Prior to deciding to purchase the car.
In My 25 year experience we see that most states follow the same pattern as CA, they make you do some sort of safety inspection, provie Reciepts for the parts used to rebuild the car. Some states do Not have inspections at all. Some states will give you plates right on the spot. Some states require you to mail the paper work in like it is with NY. Some states you will wait for few months before youll get your "rebuilt Title " status like it is with NY.
I do Know only of Few States Like "NY" which are more difficult takes longer to obtain your "rebuilt title"
You can always call the 1800 dmv and ask them " what are the steps to obtain a rebuild title in that state" These steps are always laid out online on the DMV web site as well.
Please be mindful and research the steps needed.
