Allow us to introduce you to the rarest production Nissan Z32 300zx on the planet.

Nissan stopped production on the 300zx Z32 chassis in 1996 outside of Japan. In true Nissan fashion and tradition, they knew that they had to celebrate this achievement. They decided to Commemorate the last 300 vehicles. The last 300zx vehicles that rolled off the production line were each given a Commemorative badge on the dash with the specific production number out of the 300 vehicles. This number also corresponds to the last three digits of the actual vin number. The vin numbers can be found laser etched on these windows and the T-tops of every vehicle. The last 300 vehicles included naturally aspirated (non Twin Turbo) models and also automatic transmission equipped as well. The ultimate collector example would be part of the last 78 models and for it to have a manual transmission.

Nissan was saving the best for last, their last 78 production models were all Twin Turbo models.

Here is the breakdown of the last 78 Twin Turbo models:

In understanding how rare this Nissan is, here are the previous commemorated Nissan models and their respectful production numbers:

Nissan's 10th anniversary of the Z car demonstrated in 1980 with the 280zx.
(3,000 cars total, 2,500 in black & gold, 500 in black & red)

Nissan's 50th anniversary as a car company and brand was demonstrated with the 300zx Turbo 50th Anniversary Edition
(5,148 models produced in 5 speed & automatic transmission).

Also a notable mention is the Nissan 300zx Turbo Shiro Special with total production numbers of 1002 examples in 1988.

What makes number 270 the rarest out of them all is because it being part of the last 300 examples, it's part of the last 78 Twin Turbo models. From the last 78 models, the most desirable examples are built with 5 speed manual transmissions. In terms of color, Nissan decided to only produce one Platinum Metallic and one Purple Pearl example out of the 78.

The Purple Pearl example also known as badge number 289 has unfortunately been involved in an accident in 2020 in the state of Washington. The vehicle was declared a total loss and could not be saved. The vehicle was offered for parts where we were able to acquire the actual metal badge from the dash. While number 289 will never be whole again, her spirit lives on with vehicle number 270 as a double badge and showcasing her one of a kind and her rare status. Carfax report can be provided upon request on vehicle number 289.

Besides its extremely rare nature, she has been preserved extremely well and as a result, she is in mint condition. Vehicle has been garaged its entire life. This is evident from all the weather seals, trim pieces, and lustrous paint. The interior feels and smells like a brand new 300zx. If you are familiar with the 1990 Nissan leather/interior scent, then you will be happily intoxicated with that delightful scent every time entering this 300zx's cabin.  The seats are soft to the touch and the interior foam feels fresh. All of the interior leather feels luxurious and the stitches are all perfectly intact with no separations. The Bose stereo system and speakers all function in excellent fashion. All interior components of the vehicle function perfectly as they should.

Vehicle has only been enjoyed for 10k, less than 360 miles per year. She holds a clean Carfax report with Buy Back Guarantee. Vehicle has never been in any kind of accident/collision. She holds all of her original paint including the front and rear bumpers. All panels have been paint metered and confirmed to be original paint and hold consistent values throughout the vehicle's paint. Vehicle runs and drives like a brand new vehicle.
