Top of the line Nash for 1956. One family owned until 2024. Starts, runs, drives, & stops. Motor sounds good, no smoke. Car needs brake work & front end bushings to be road-worthy. Lights work including interior, as well as wipers & blower fan. Radio hums. Glass all intact. Gauges work except fuel. Eye-catching original salmon leather and ivory brocade upholstery- in good condition for age. Headliner intact. Bumpers and bright work all in good driver quality condition. Tri-tone paint with what appears to be one older re-paint. (Some peeling.) No evidence of patching or body filler. Mostly straight body panels. Floor pans & trunk appear original & solid as well as rest of the underside. Very minimal rust on driver rocker & front inner fender. Factory undercoated. Unusually solid Nash with factory continental kit. I say repaint-- wife says patina! As a friend said, "So ugly, it's gorgeous!" Just turned 72 - Have too many projects to complete. I reserve the right to stop the auction at any time as the car is advertised locally and in other venues. Reserve is under $10,000. Feel free to call with any questions: Jim 402-681-2540.
